This version is officially unsupported, but I'm sure you will find someone who can help you on irc.freenode.net in #cpx-mini (*new) or #kanotix.
If you need support, please use the Mail address below or use the IRC, but please mention that you are using CPXmini, this is not pure Kanotix.
Please don't ask the developers of Kanotix for support. Anyways, the IRC-channel reveales the great Kanotix-community - with alot helpful users.
Most of your issues might get fixed there or in the Kanotix-wiki.
Dial-Up modem users: please use "wvdial" to go online.
Please use cheatcode "vga=0", if you have a long delay when booting..
NVIDIA + ATI drivers:
install-nvidia-debian.sh or install-radeon-debian.sh
Installation
- LiveCD: just burn the ISO file to a CD-R(W)

USB-Stick/Other Flash devices:
- boot up the CPXmini-LiveCD and click on the icon "USB-installer" on your desktop or
- use the shell-script:
install-cpx-mini-to-usbstick.sh -auto -iso <ISO-FILE.iso>
(squashfs/loop support required)
consider the output of:
install-cpx-mini-to-usbstick.sh --help.
Your target device will be split into 2 primary partitions:

>=256MB USB-devices are supported, >=512MB ones are recommended.
Windows Users:
If you want to use the second partition (ext2) in Windows, please consider a ext2 opensource driver:
Simply use the Kanotix Installer.
kanotix-installer or kanotix-installer-latest-webWant your new desktop look like on the LiveCD? Run
create-home.sh as user after installing to your hd in a terminal.

- apt-get: use Debian's package tool to install software.
- klik: open firefox, either klik-bookmark or type klik://<application>.

~/Apps/AddAppto install ROX-Software (AddApp wiki) or - use
~/Apps/AppFactoryto wrap any (e.g. via apt-get) installed software or~/Apps/RoxWrap
